we provide open box delivery for all products. In case of any physical damages or items missing or wrong items found during opening of box then oorkart provide option for return and replace of the item or provide full refund to the customer. In case of non electronic items you can reach the retailer with the bill copy for any complaints in future. in case of electronic items please reach the nearest service center with bill copy for any complaints which are not included in physical damage . Refunded amount will be credited to original source account within 1-7 working days. Instant Direct cash refund or direct UPI transfer to customer can be done in case of cash on delivery done by customer or customer provide proof of money deducted from customer when applying for refund.
